Anna Kilpi, LL.M, (45) has been appointed Finnish Industry Investment’s Director, HR and Legal Affairs, with effect from May 2016. She will become a member of the company’s Management Team, reporting to President & CEO Martin Backman.
Anna Kilpi will be responsible for Finnish Industry Investment’s personnel strategy and for developing HR processes and will also be in charge of the company’s legal affairs, including compliance issues. Ms Kilpi will transfer from Etera Mutual Pension Insurance Company, where she has been Director of HR, Communications and Legal Affairs and a member of the Executive Group. Prior to that she worked at Bird & Bird, the Conventum/Pohjola group and Roschier.
