Tesi's Whistleblowing channel
Tesi’s whistleblowing channel offers our portfolio companies and funds, our employees and other stakeholders a confidential channel to report any suspected misconduct or non-compliant behaviour.
Reports may concern violations of the law or unethical behavior. These include, but are not limited to, misuse of insider information, disclosure of confidential information to outsiders, situations of hindrance in decision-making, or discriminatory and/or improper behavior. You can make a report based on suspicion without actual evidence, as long as you do it in good faith.
The whistleblowing channel has been implemented in such a way that the report can be sent completely anonymously. All reports are treated confidentially and with privacy protection. You can send the report on Tesi’s First Whistle channel.
