Tesi – innostava työpaikka
Suomen innostavimmat työpaikat on Eezy Flown vuosittainen tunnustus organisaatioille, jotka ovat saaneet erityisen hyvät henkilöstötutkimuksen tulokset. Vuonna 2026 Tesi sai tämän tunnustuksen.
Tunnustuksen saaneet yhtiöt ja organisaatiot panostavat hyvinvoivaan liiketoimintaan eli oman organisaationsa kehittämiseen, henkilöstön hyvinvointiin, toimintakulttuuriin ja yhteistyöhön, sekä ovat saavuttaneet erinomaiset tulokset henkilöstötutkimuksessaan.
Trainee programme
Tesi’s trainee programme offers university students and recent graduates an opportunity to familiarise themselves with the field of private equity and venture capital alongside experienced professionals, for a period of 5–6 months at a time.
Investment teams (both direct investments and fund investments) recruit new trainees twice a year. Other teams recruit new trainees as needed. Keep an eye for open application periods in News section on our home pages and/or on our social media channels. Tesi does not have a summer job period.
Please note that due to the nature of our operations as a state-owned investment company, fluent Finnish is a necessity for the traineeship.
