Anna Tuomola appointed as People & Culture Manager at Tesi

Anna Tuomola will join Tesi as People & Culture Manager on 2 November 2026. She joins Tesi from AutoVex, where she has served as People & Culture Lead. Prior to that, she worked particularly in recruitment at Codemate, KPMG, Cloudator and Academic Work. Anna holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Turku School of Economics.

At Tesi, Anna will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of HR processes and that they support Tesi’s business objectives. Her responsibilities will focus particularly on developing recruitment and onboarding as well as Tesi’s employer brand, alongside other HR processes.
