Annukka Käsnänen joins Tesi as Senior Legal Counsel

Annukka Käsnänen has been appointed to Tesi’s legal team as Senior Legal Counsel, starting on August 18, 2025. In her role, she will focus particularly on providing legal support to the fund and direct investment teams, both in investment processes and in the ongoing administration of portfolio companies.

Annukka joins Tesi from the law firm Borenius, where she worked since 2017, specializing in M&A and private equity. Prior to Borenius, she worked at EY and, during her studies, at the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority in the area of merger control. She graduated with a Master of Laws from the University of Helsinki at the end of 2015 and completed the Finnish Bar Examination in 2020.
