Heikki Vesterinen, MSc (Econ), has been appointed Investment Director in Finnish Industry Investment Ltds Buyouts and M&A team. In Industry Investment he will be making and managing investments in buyouts and M&As as well as in the MEUR 100 stabilisation financing programme launched last spring. His duties include analysing investment targets, preparing investment proposals, and managing the portfolio in close cooperation with portfolio companies, co-investors and other finance providers.

Previously Heikki Vesterinen has worked as a Director for Kaupthing Bank, a Finance Manager in Finnfund and a consultant at Ernst&Young.
Born in Oulu, Finland, Heikki Vesterinen spends his free time on the ski slopes or travelling with his family. He is also working on his doctoral thesis, which deals with company listing.

Anna Kilpeläinen, MSc (Econ), has been appointed to Finnish Industry Investment Ltds Communications team with effect from 1st March.
Anna Kilpeläinen is moving to Industry Investment from the British Embassy, where she worked as a Trade and Investment Officer, promoting direct investment and trade in technology sectors.
Kilpeläinen majored in international business communications at Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration, Finland, and HEC Montreal, Canada. During her student years she worked for Finpros Brussels office and for the Finnish Tourist Board.
