Eeva Terho has joined Tesi as Senior Legal Counsel

LL.M. Eeva Terho started as a new Senior Legal Counsel in Tesi’s legal team on 9 March 2026. She joined Tesi from Borenius, where she worked for nearly six years. Before Borenius, she gained experience at PwC and United Bankers. Eeva graduated with a Master of Laws from the University of Helsinki.

“It’s great to have Eeva strengthening our team at a time when Tesi’s role in driving growth is becoming even more prominent under our new strategy and expanded investment operations. She brings solid expertise in regulatory matters – particularly in finance, sustainability and capital markets – as well as in transactions and capital markets/public M&As,” says Hanne Stenman, Tesi’s General Counsel.
