Excellent reviews to Tesi’s trainee program from alumni
In a survey conducted in August 2022, Tesi’s trainee program received excellent reviews from the program’s alumni. The trainee program received an overall rating of 4.4 from the respondents, and all former trainees who responded to the survey would recommend the program.
Trainees have been an essential part of Tesi’s work community since 2015. The survey was sent to all trainees who completed their internship at Tesi by June 30, 2022. The response rate was 93% (25/27 respondents). 21 respondents had done their internship either in Tesi’s fund or direct investment teams, and 7 respondents were in the development or communication team. 68% of the respondents were men and 32% were women. The questions were answered on a scale of 1-5.

Work atmosphere, flexibility, and work-life balance received the highest ratings in the survey. The former trainees feel that while at Tesi, they got a good overall picture of the Finnish private equity and venture capital field and Tesi’s role in it. Tesi’s excellent team spirit was praised, and trainees felt welcome at Tesi from the very first day.
Tesi’s trainee program leaves the participants in a good position for the future. Almost all respondents felt that Tesi’s trainee program has given them valuable work experience and helped them advance in their careers. Former Tesi trainees have ended up in various jobs after their internship, such as other private equity companies, banks, consulting agencies, growth companies, and, for example, Slush.
The application period for Tesi’s spring 2023 trainee program is now open. We’re looking for trainees for our Fund Investments, Direct Investments (Venture Capital and Growth & Industrial investments), and Development teams. The application period is open until September 25th.
