MB Equity Fund IV of the private equity company MB Funds has raised EUR 260 million from Finnish institutional investors, mainly pension companies and insurance companies. Finnish Industry Investment Ltd participated with a EUR 10 million investment.
The new fund invests in management buyouts as well as business privatisation and outsourcing projects. The fund focuses on companies and business with the growth potential and resources for corporate restructuring in Finland and abroad.
