A group of investors managed by Sentica Partners has sold Elematic Group Oy, a precast concrete production technology provider, to a private equity fund managed by Pamplona Capital Management.
Sentica and other investors Finnish Industry Investment Ltd included acquired Elematic from Consolis in August 2006. Since then the companys turnover has increased through organic growth and company buyouts by some tens of percentage points and is approaching EUR 100 million. The companys profit has more than doubled.
Elematic has invested strongly in increasing its product and service offerings. The company serves its customers locally in Finland, Germany, the USA and now also in the United Arab Emirates. The new owner provides Elematic an excellent opportunity for continuous growth and expansion in both product offerings and geographical presence.
