Jolt Capital and Tesi co-invest in VEV, a commercial fleet electrification firm
Jolt Capital and Tesi have invested in VEV, a company specialising in the electrification of commercial vehicle fleets. Under the transaction, Jolt, Tesi and the company’s management are acquiring the entire share capital from its previous owner, Vitol. UK-headquartered VEV can now prepare for its next growth phase in Europe.
The investment is part of Tesi’s aim to promote consolidation in the electric mobility market.
