Kalle Vaitti appointed Tesi’s Restructuring Director

Kalle Vaitti will start as Tesi’s new Restructuring Director on 4 March 2024. The role is new in the organisation.

Kalle has an extensive background in different kinds of corporate finance positions with Nordea, where he worked for 20 years before joining Tesi. Kalle’s last position in Nordea was that of Senior Credit Manager, working with high-risk clients. In Nordea, Kalle built solid experience dealing with distressed situations, and he has been involved in multiple bankruptcy and debt restructuring projects during his career.

”Kalle brings with him expertise in handling distressed situations in companies, and we are sure he will help us address more challenging cases. In addition, he will be participating in the planning of bank financing packages for industrial investments that Finland really needs “, says Jussi Hattula, Director of Tesi’s Growth and Industrial Investments.
