Laura Pälve appointed to new AI Business Partner role

Laura Pälve, who has worked as a trainee in Tesi’s communications team, has been appointed to a permanent AI Business Partner role in Tesi’s Strategy and Development team. Laura assumed the role on a part-time basis as of 1 May and will move into the position full-time as of 1 August. She brings in strong prior AI experience through her entrepreneurial background.

In her role as AI Business Partner, Laura works with teams across the organisation to identify and prioritise business needs related to AI development, supports employees in adopting AI tools, and develops practical, business-driven solutions aligned with Tesi’s strategy. The role is new and forms part of Tesi’s broader goal of leveraging AI to develop not only its own business operations but also the local VC & PE market.
