Pia Lemmetty Appointed Investment Director for Tesi’s Venture & Growth Investments Team

Pia Lemmetty (M.Fin, BSc) started her new role as Investment Director at Tesi on 7 Jan 2025. In this position, Pia is responsible for developing Tesi’s new scaleup investment operations. She reports to Juha Lehtola, Director of the Venture & Growth Investments team.

Pia brings extensive experience from demanding international roles in growth and strategic finance transactions. Most recently, she served as CFO of the quantum technology company IQM and previously as a director of mergers, acquisitions and divestments at Neste. Additionally, she has worked at international investment banks Morgan Stanley and Lazard in London and Stockholm, advising and managing projects related to M&A, IPOs, and other strategic financing initiatives. Pia completed her university studies in the UK, earning degrees in Finance from the University of Cambridge and in Engineering Sciences from the University of Warwick.
