Partnera acquires Tesi’s ownership stake in Foamit Group – Tesi exits its investment
On June 18, 2025, Partnera agreed with Tesi (Finnish Industry Investment Ltd) to acquire Tesi’s ownership stake in the shares of Foamit Group Oy, a subsidiary of Partnera. As a result, Tesi exits its investment in the company and becomes a minority shareholder in Partnera.

These are also areas where Foamit Group has made a direct impact through its circular economy-based business model. We are proud to have supported the company in its growth and internationalization,” comments Mikael Niemi, Investment Director at Tesi.
Tesi made its initial investment in Foamit in 2018 and a follow-on investment in 2024.
