Introducing Tesi’s trainees for spring 2026

The new year has already gotten off to a fast start, which has also meant welcoming Tesi’s trainees for spring 2026. Starting from 12 January:

• Jonathan Paasonen joined the direct investment teams. Paasonen has graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at LUT University. He has previously worked as an Operations Specialist at Nightingale Health Plc and as an Analyst at Erik Ventures, among other roles.
• Luna Wilska joined the direct investment teams. Wilska is a fourth-year economics student at the University of Turku and has spent the past year working as an Asset Management Intern at Familiam Asset Management Ltd.
• Vilma Mikkonen joined the strategy and development team. Mikkonen is pursuing two master’s degrees in Economics and in International Management. She has gained work experience, among other roles, as an Analyst at Klever, in the Capital Markets team at JLL, as well as in various project-based positions.
• Jessika Sjöholm joined the fund investments team. Sjöholm is studying Accounting at Aalto University and has gained work experience, among other roles, in strategy consulting at KPMG and in private equity analyses at the growth company Gain.pro.

Starting from 2 February:

• Pipsa Lahdenperä joins the legal team. Pipsa is studying Law at the University of Helsinki and is simultaneously pursuing a second degree in the Information Networks programme at Aalto University. She has previously gained work experience, among other roles, at Dottir, Avance, and Pykälä ry.
