Vaaka Partners’ new buyout fund oversubscribed at EUR 225 million

The strategy of the new fund continues in the footsteps of its predecessors, with a focus on building significant growth in successful small and mid-sized Finnish companies through a buy and build strategy and internationalization.

The investors in Vaaka Partners Buyout Fund III Ky include AlpInvest, BP Pension Fund, Deutsche Bank Private Equity, Ilmarinen, The State Pension Fund of Finland, Tesi including KRR II, and Varma.
