Ville Lepänsalo appointed as Financial Manager at Tesi

Ville Lepänsalo steps into his new role as Tesi’s new Financial Manager on 9 November 2026. He joins Tesi from Wolt, where he served as Technical Accounting Manager. Prior to that, he worked in various finance roles at A-Insinöörit and Nordea, and as an auditor at Deloitte and PwC. Ville holds a master’s degree from Oulu Business School in University of Oulu.

At Tesi, Ville will be responsible for leading and developing the finance team’s annual cycle processes while also contributing to operational work, particularly in the most demanding areas. He succeeds Jani Rämö, who will take on new responsibilities within Tesi.
