Ville Salmi appointed as Development Director at Tesi

Ville Salmi (MSc.) has assumed the role of Development Director at Tesi as of 1 Jan 2025. In this role, Salmi is responsible for tasks related to state ownership steering and collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. Additionally, he will take on a new role in fostering closer cooperation with entities within the ministry group. Salmi will work as part of Tesi’s Industrial Investments team, providing strategic support to the investment team, particularly in stakeholder relations and corporate restructuring matters.

Salmi has previously worked with Tesi as a consultant, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of the state’s venture capital and private equity operations and aligning them with the government program by consolidating activities under the new Tesi Group. He has an extensive background in consulting, with expertise in corporate restructuring projects and strategic consulting.
