As Investment Manager, you will analyze and assess Finnish technology companies as potential investments. You will negotiate the terms and conditions of investments and exits, and make presentations for decision-making purposes in our company. You will participate in the value creation and board work of our portfolio companies and build relationships with Finnish and international co-investors. You will also work in close co-operation with our other teams and support the management team. You will ensure the quality of our investment process through your own professionalism.
You have at least four years of experience e.g. in business development, financial services, investment banking or management consulting. Experience in risk capital is an advantage but not a requirement. Higher university degree, such as Master of Science in Economics or Technology gives a good foundation for the job.
You see details as part of the whole picture. You are flexible and able to prioritize, concentrating on many projects simultaneously. You are accustomed to project work.
You are responsible and open-minded, and eager to take initiative. You are a confident presenter and can argue your case fluently in Finnish and in English. You write clearly and make compelling presentation material.
