In my current role, I support Tesi’s investment teams in both direct investments and fund investments, with a particular focus on legal matters. Before joining Tesi, I worked at a law firm advising private equity investors and industrial clients on a broad range of corporate transactions. I am motivated by the opportunity to work at the core of market activity and to closely follow the development of the Finnish private equity market.
