As an HR Specialist, I am responsible for our company’s operational HR matters – from payroll and employment matters to employee benefits. I advise and onboard staff on practical HR issues. I also take care of HR reporting and statutory personnel plans to ensure our operations remain up to date and run smoothly. I serve as the contact person for occupational health services and employee insurance matters, and I am the main user of the Sympa and Tiima systems. In my work, the well-being of our staff and efficient HR processes that support our business are important to me.

I have over 25 years of versatile experience in various roles at Tesi. Before my current HR role, I worked as a financial coordinator and took care of general office operations.
