Since the early 2000s, I’ve had the opportunity to observe the growth company landscape in Finland and Europe through various roles—ranging from startups and a Nordic VC fund to the European Investment Bank. In recent years, I’ve been with Tesi, where I’m responsible for direct venture and growth investments.
What inspires me most is witnessing, day after day, how impressively the entire industry has evolved over the years—and seeing how Tesi can help Finnish growth companies become even better and more international.
