At Tesi, I am responsible for overseeing industrial projects, including industrial scaleups, industrial policy investments, and portfolio management. In addition to my work with the executive team, my role involves close collaboration with various ministries to find the best solutions for Finland.

Before my current role, I worked with a private equity & venture capital firm and in various technology and strategy development roles within the industrial sector. I have over 25 years of experience in private equity, venture capital and growth companies.

What inspires me most in my work is the opportunity to find the most effective solutions to support business growth and contribute to Finland’s economic growth.
