I work as Restructuring Director at Tesi. It includes various and interesting tasks; I support our Investment Directors in special situations of the portfolio companies when required and I also take part in financing discussions in selected new investment opportunities. The special situations I am involved in include restructuring the financing, ownership or operative business or quite often all of them at the same time. And that makes my work interesting: I immensely enjoy being part of a team considering and creating solutions to problems that are diverse and rarely solved with standard solutions. We work out the challenges together with entrepreneurs, management, board, financiers and co-investors. We are open and solution-oriented and the most rewarding part of my job is when after lengthy negotiations we solve a difficult situation together with all stakeholders.
