As the Investment Director in our team, I want to find the most promising Finnish growth companies and help them become global leaders in their fields.

I have worked at Tesi for nine years, and before that, I spent seven years as an Investment Manager at Veraventure and six years as an entrepreneur in the ICT sector. Earlier in my career, I worked at investment bank D. Carnegie and as a Technology Specialist at Business Finland (formerly Tekes).

It is truly rewarding to meet enthusiastic entrepreneurs developing new kinds of innovations—entrepreneurs who create jobs, well-being, and sustainable growth both in Finland and especially in international markets. I have helped dozens of companies grow and go international, so my greatest strength lies in developing business and revenue models. I focus particularly on deep tech and, from a dual-use perspective, also on defence technology.
