Päivi Arminen has been a member of Tesi’s Board of Directors since 2025. Arminen has over 20 years of experience in international financial and private equity markets. Between 2008 and 2022, she held various roles at EQT AB’s infrastructure funds, including Managing Director. She also has a background in debt and M&A financing at Danske Bank, as well as equity analysis at Evli. Arminen is a Board Member of eQ Oyj and a member of the Infrastructure Investment Committee at Interogo Holding AG.
