My work as the CEO of Tesi is diverse and rewarding. The role is exactly that much-talked-about vantage point: together with Tesi’s team and our extensive network, I get to strengthen the domestic venture capital and private equity market and build the foundations for the success of Finnish companies.

The best part of my job is continuous learning and new opportunities. Thanks to thirty years of operation, Tesi’s roots run deep, and our well-established, proven practices, such as being market-driven, provide a solid foundation for operating in innovative ways.

Due to our expanded mandate, we are also on the brink of new endeavors. I am excited and proud that we can build a stronger Finland together.
