As an advisor to the fund investments team, my work includes various advisory tasks, ensuring continuity, as well as reviewing and commenting on fund agreements. I have been involved in Finnish corporate finance for over 40 years, covering both equity and debt financing. I joined Tesi in 1998, after having spent 15 years in the corporate finance sector.
