Riku Huttunen is Director General of the Energy Department at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. Since 2005, Huttunen has held various expert and leadership positions at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment as well as the former Ministry of Trade and Industry. He has also served as Director General of the Energy Authority and worked at Finland’s Permanent Representation to the EU in Brussels. Riku Huttunen has previously served on Tesi’s Board as well, from March 2020 to December 2024.
