I work as an Investment Manager, and in my role I get to meet many Finnish startup companies at different stages of their growth journey. Before joining Tesi, I worked as a management consultant and at a startup in the sports technology sector.

Supporting Finnish growth stories — whether in a formal or informal role — is what motivates me in my work. I’m also particularly passionate about innovations that address climate change and promote sustainable development.
