In my role as a Strategy and Development Manager, I’m involved in high profile strategic development projects. Data is at the heart of what we do and with our team’s effort we are driving holistic digitalization of analytics and insights capabilities and step change in the value of Tesi’s data assets. Furthermore, I’m working with socially relevant projects, such as developing policies related to corporate responsibility and social impact. These initiatives have also the potential to impact the upcoming trends of the whole private equity market. Lastly, the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders brings energy to my days.
