Susanna Aaltonen
I have seen the industrial business field from various perspectives since the mid-1990s: at Skanska, operations of a large listed Swedish company in Finland and Eastern Europe; at Kemira, gaining insights into the world from the perspective of a Finnish, globally operating listed company; at Tikkurila, experiencing the spin-off, IPO, and a Finnish brand gem; and at the Chemical Industry Federation of Finland, witnessing the real-world challenges of Finland’s export industry. I have become acquainted with dozens, if not hundreds, of fascinating companies and entrepreneurs and understand what global competition is all about.
At Tesi, I am fascinated by societal impact, new top-tier companies, and the channeling of private capital into scalable growth. Here, I can proudly wear my Finnish beanie. It’s wonderful to be part of driving the growth of Finnish companies and the development of the Finnish capital market. Let’s stay in touch!
