The company was transferred to Tesi’s portfolio from The Finnish Climate Fund through a corporate transaction on May 31, 2025. The investment commitment resulted in Tesi’s investment in 2026.

Aisti has developed a foam forming process with wood fibre to create building materials for high-value industry applications, acoustic tiles being the first commercial product of the company.
