Tesi’s Annual General Meeting: Andreas Tallberg continues as Chairman of the Board, Riku Huttunen elected as new Vice Chairman, and Anni Tuulos joins the Board

Andreas Tallberg continues as Chairman of the Board of Tesi (Finnish Industry Investment Ltd). Riku Huttunen, Director General of the Energy Department at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, has been elected as the new Vice Chairman of the Board, and Anni Tuulos, Chief Strategy and Development Officer at Relex, has been elected as a new Board member.

Board members Päivi Arminen, Juha Ketola, Olli Kärkkäinen, Lassi Noponen will continue in their roles. The selections were made at Tesi’s Annual General Meeting on March 19, 2026.

The Annual General Meeting confirmed the financial statements of the group and the parent company for the period Jan 1–Dec 31, 2025, granted discharge from liability to the company’s Board and CEO Pia Santavirta, and approved the Board’s proposal concerning the use of the parent company’s result.
KHT community KPMG Oy Ab was elected as the auditor, with KHT Marcus Tötterman as the principal auditor.
