Trainee programme
Tesi’s trainee programme offers university students and recent graduates an opportunity to familiarise themselves with the field of private equity and venture capital alongside experienced professionals, for a period of 5–6 months at a time.
Investment teams (both direct investments and fund investments) recruit new trainees twice a year. Other teams recruit new trainees as needed. Keep an eye for open application periods in News section on our home pages and/or on our social media channels. Tesi does not have a summer job period.
Please note that due to the nature of our operations as a state-owned investment company, good Finnish is a necessity for entering the traineeship.
