Foamit Group, the leading Nordic foam glass manufacturer, acquires Glasopor AS in Norway
Foamit Group will wholly acquire the Norwegian foam glass manufacturing company Glasopor AS. With the sale, Foamit Group strengthens its position as both the leading Nordic manufacturer and as one of the largest global players.
Foam glass aggregate, produced from recycled glass, is an ecological and lightweight building material that is on increasing demand alongside other circular products. The acquisition of Glasopor also supports the growth strategy of the company and enables larger projects in the future.

Tesi (Finnish Industry Investment Ltd) has been a minority owner in Foamit Group since 2018. The largest individual owner is Partnera.
