Tesi participates as a cornerstone investor in the IPO of Savox, a critical communications company

Tesi has committed to a EUR 5 million investment as one of the cornerstone investors in the initial public offering of Savox, a company operating in the critical communications sector. The company entered Nasdaq Helsinki on 25 June 2026.

Savox focuses on critical communications solutions for the defence, safety and security sectors. The company’s product portfolio includes communication devices, hearing protection equipment, ICT devices, urban search and rescue systems, as well as intercom and situational awareness systems.

Tesi is, above all, a growth-oriented owner, and its role does not end with the IPO. Different situations and companies require different solutions. While the majority of Tesi’s investments are in private markets, the company also holds listed investments and has experience of IPO arrangements,” says Miikka Salminen, Investment Manager in Tesi’s Industrial Investments team.
