I am responsible for the company culture and employee experience at Tesi. My role is to ensure that Tesi has a people strategy, company culture, and HR processes and practices that support our operations. This includes overseeing areas such as resourcing, recruitment, compensation, employee development and training, as well as employee well-being.
What motivates me is seeing people grow and succeed in their work. I believe that enabling and supporting this is the most important task in HR.
