I am responsible for Tesi’s corporate culture and employee experience. My role is to ensure that Tesi has a personnel strategy, corporate culture, and HR processes and practices that support its operations. I oversee, among other things, resourcing, recruitment, compensation, development and training of staff skills, and employee well-being.
Before joining Tesi, I worked in human resources roles across various industries for 20 years. Prior to Tesi, I served as HR Director at Wolt, Bonava, and 3 Step IT.
What motivates me is seeing people grow and succeed in their work. Enabling and supporting this is, in my view, the most important task of HR work.
