Tesi's whistleblowing channel
Tesi’s whistleblowing channel offers our portfolio companies and funds, our employees and other stakeholders a confidential channel to report any suspected misconduct or non-compliant behaviour.
Reports may concern violations of the law or unethical behavior, including, but are not limited to:
- misuse of insider information
- disclosure of confidential information to outsiders
- situations of hindrance in decision-making
- discriminatory and/or improper behavior
- suspected offenses of regulations and provisions relating to money laundering legislation
You can make a report based on suspicion without actual evidence, as long as you do it in good faith.
The whistleblowing channel has been implemented in such a way that the report can be sent completely anonymously. All reports are treated confidentially and with privacy protection. You can send the report on Tesi’s First Whistle channel.
